On Wednesday, January 29th CFB is excited to be offering an intro to winter fishing course from 6-9pm. The course will encompass winter fishing Colorado tailwaters from late November to early March with an emphasis on the South Platte. We will cover how to approach various bite windows throughout the day, effective fly patterns, seasonal strategies, and much much more. There will be an emphasis on sight nymphing and jigged streamer fishing but we will also cover blind nymphing and dry fly fishing. The winter is a GREAT time of year to learn your local waters and learn new techniques and this class will put you on the path to learning how to effectively use the wintertime to your advantage. Cost is $100 and space is limited.
