Black Nickel dry fly hooks have less rejection rate than bronze, silver or gold finished hooks. This is very important when fishing the dry fly.

Hends Barbless hooks have super chemically sharpened points, black nickel finish, and are well and properly shaped in a barbless design with a deeper throat and a longer speer.

Hends now have four-wire weights for dry fly hooks, the BL 404 is a fine wire, the BL 454 is a standard wire hook and the BL 354 version is strong wire. This version is superb for stronger dry flies and can be used for light nymphs.
