Moanas Chilli Pepper was developed by the legendary guide on Christmas Island in the South Pacific. It was developed specifically for the fish that gather on Paris Flat to spawn on the full moon. Not a one trick pony, this fly is incredibly effective and a definite must have in your saltwater selection. For a bit more movement, we tie our chilli peppers with an Arctic Fox wing or a rabbit fur wing.
