About the Author:
Dave Karczynski has fished across four continents and written for nearly every major fly fishing publication, including The Drake, The Flyfish Journal, Outdoor Life, and American Angler. He is the author of From Lure to Fly and Smallmouth, and a recipient of the Robert Traver Award in fly fishing writing. He lives with his wife and daughter on a farm in southern Michigan and teaches writing at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
