When you place an order for an egift voucher you will receive an email that contains a unique gift voucher code that can be used at our checkout to redeem its value:

If you would like to buy a gift voucher for someone else, then once you receive the unique gift voucher code (via email) you will need to forward the gift voucher email to the recipient.

When making a purchase in our store, you can redeem the value of a gift voucher by entering its unique code at our checkout. A gift voucher holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.

• Redeemable towards any of our products store-wide on feathersmith.co.uk
• eGift Vouchers (and any unused eGift Voucher balances) expire 1 year from the date of issue
• If the balance available on the gift voucher is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can clickComplete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
• Choose a denomination up to 100
