The 5″ Rite Mag model is very appropriate for tieing bass bugs, saltwater patterns, and egg flies. The stainless steel thread tube is 3″ long providing plenty of leverage when pressuring material. The top opening of the tube is very smooth and will not fray thread. It is recommended to use this model with 140 to 400 denier thread. The gold cross-shaped tension adjuster will “click” as it is turned allowing the tier to count the number of “clicks” with each size thread used to standardize the bobbin set up. Item# 2303
