The natural color of antelope is either light reddish brown or white. This is the most buoyant hair of all the ungulates used in fly tying. Most antelope have tips that are broken so it is not suitable for collar material. It flares with minimal thread pressure. Because the hair is more fragile than any of the other hair we use for spinning and stacking, it is recommended that the 140 denier or 210 nylon thread that lays flat be used. Item# 8057
