Guide Gorden Tharrett spends many of his days fishing the A section of the Green River below Flaming Gorge Reservoir which is one of the toughest tailwaters in the West. Many of the trout there have become highly educated due to the angler pressure on the river. This fly is a great cluster midge or even crossover ant pattern. This pattern will turn around a tiny midge afternoon into a size 14 cluster kind of day with more fish to the net. Make sure to have these in your box for those midge days.
